Fuller Yu

Chief of IT Operations
HOSPITAL AUTHORITY HONG KONG

Fuller has more than 25 years of experience in IT management, cybersecurity and technology risk in global financial services and healthcare sectors. He is now the Chief of IT Operations and Cybersecurity of Hospital Authority Hong Kong driving the corporate IT operations and cybersecurity strategy to power its digital transformation journey. He was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) before taking the current role.

Prior to joining Hospital Authority, Fuller held various management roles in cybersecurity and risk management including Director of Technology Risk Management of Credit Suisse, Head of Technology Risk Management and Cybersecurity of AIA Group, and Vice President of IT Risk Management of JPMorgan. 

Fuller serves as the Member of the Departmental Advisory Committee for Computer Science Department, City University of Hong Kong, Member of IT Discipline Advisory Board of Vocational Training Council (VTC) and Member of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Committee of Hong Kong PHAB Association (香港傷健協會).

Fuller is also the Exco Member of Cyber Security Specialist Group, Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS), Senior Advisor of Hong Kong China Network Security Association, and the Co-Chair of Cybersecurity Workstream of Global Digital Health Partnership (GDHP) which is a collaboration of governments and territories, government agencies and the World Health Organization to support the effective implementation of digital health services.

He graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with BSc(Hons) Information Technology. He also received his MBA and Master in Information Systems Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Fuller is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
