Air vice-marshal Jadet Khuhakongkit engages with government agencies, regulators,
critical information infrastructure organizations, and sector CERTs. He assists them in adopting
policies, codes of practice, and guidelines to comply with Thailand’s Cybersecurity Act (2019). He
is also in charge of organizing the national cyber exercise.
He formerly served for 22 years in the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) and the Royal Thai
Armed Forces Headquarters (RTARF HQ), holding different positions including Director of
Operations and Intelligence Division and Director of Operations Division in the Royal Thai Armed
Forces Cyber Security Center. He also collaborated on the National Military Strategy for
Cyberspace Operations (2015), the National Cybersecurity Strategy (2017), the RTARF Joint
Cyberspace Operation Doctrine (2018), the RTARF HQ Cyber Exercise (2017 and 2019),
the RTARF Joint Cyber Exercise (2019 and 2020), and the RTARF Cybersecurity Policy and
Practices (2021).
He graduated from the Royal Thai Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Engineering in
Civil Engineering with Honors and a Master of Science (Applied Statistics) in Information System
Management from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
He also achieved certifications from (ISC)2 CISSP, IRCA ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor,
CompTIA Pentest+, and CompTIA Security+.
