Mr Chia is the Chief Information Officer for Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad.
He started his consulting career with Accenture in 1985 and went on to hold senior positions in Unisys, PwC, Deloitte and IBM.
Mr Chia also headed the Group IT divisions in UMW Toyota and Malaysian Mosaics Berhad.
