Dean is a finance Leader with more than 10 years of healthcare finance experience and proven track record of leading and managing complex financial operations and strategy for various healthcare organisations.
Dean is skilled in Healthcare Financial Modelling, Financial and business planning, Financial Analysis, Forecasting and Financial Systems Implementation. Prior to his current role, Dean was the VP & Head of Finance and Strategy at Integra Healthcare Inc. the holding company of Makati Life Medical Center, Clinics group and Pharmacy Business. Concurrently, he was managing the group’s Finance shared services including accounting, FP&A, M&A, and treasury. Finally, leading the enterprise business development team, focusing on private M&A, government transactions, bids, and partnerships.
Dean previously held leadership and executive positions at St. Luke’s Medical Center and The Medical City and contributed to the growth and expansion of these reputable healthcare institutions. His notable achievement in his previous experience includes setting up panning initiatives, M&A deals pivoting towards growth and enterprise finance systems implementation. He is a Certified Financial Consultant (CFC & Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and currently holds a master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Philippine Christian University and an Executive Leadership Certification from Asian Institute of Management.
