Elmer has 25 years of blended finance experiences under different industries and functional roles such as controllership, FP&A, project management, organizational design and finance operations. He is currently the Vice President – Program Manager and Head of Finance & Accounting Operations at eClerx and previously held leadership roles with Xerox Business Services, Shell Shared Services, GE Lighting Phils and Manila Global Service Center of AP Moller Maersk.
Elmer is a CPA, CrFA and CMA & CGBA under the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Australia-New Zealand. He has completed his MBA at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business in a joint program with Regis University of Denver, Colorado, USA.
