Ishant Agarwal is a seasoned finance leader and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience shaping financial strategies for some of the world’s most respected multinational corporations. His career is defined by a passion for driving growth, operational excellence, and value creation across diverse industries and markets.
Ishant began his professional journey at Ernst & Young, where he built a strong foundation in audit, financial reporting, and compliance—developing a deep understanding of international accounting standards and corporate governance.
He then spent seven transformative years at General Electric (GE), taking on key roles in financial planning and analysis, controllership, and operational finance. During this time, Ishant spearheaded global transformation projects and championed data-driven decision-making to enhance performance across multiple business units.
Following GE, Ishant joined Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), where for five years he partnered with senior leadership to align financial goals with business objectives. His work focused on commercial operations, supply chain optimization, and regional growth strategies across ASEAN markets—delivering profitability improvements and operational efficiencies.
Today, Ishant serves as Finance Director for the Thailand and Vietnam Cluster at Mead Johnson Nutrition, a global leader in pediatric nutrition. In this role, he oversees end-to-end financial operations, including strategic planning, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Ishant plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the cluster and contributes to regional and global initiatives that foster sustainable growth and operational excellence.
