Ms Ngiam Kim Fong is currently the CFO for IBM ASEAN. She has 29 years of working experience of which 22 years are in managerial/leadership roles, and had been in roles
that spans across various business units including Hardware, Software, Strategic Outsourcing and Consulting Services. Prior to this role, Kim Fong was the APAC CFO for IBM Infrastructure business which comprises of Hardware and Maintenance businesses, APAC Consolidation Manager, ASEAN CFO for Global Technology Services, ASEAN Pricing Leader, etc. In her current role, she partners actively with Asean General Manager and the leadership team on offering strategy and portfolio mix to drive profitable revenue growth and cash for the corporation. As financial stewards, she focuses her team on data automation and AI to drive business insights, predictive metrics, and recommended solutions to enable business success. She also provides leadership on finance transformation, through cultivating growth mindset in People, simplifying Process and leveraging Technology to drive sustainable business performance.
