Latika Minocha is the Strategic Alliances Leader for Asia Pacific and China Leader for IBM Consulting based in Singapore. In this role, she is responsible for strategic alliances and the growth of services portfolio with key Enterprise Applications vendors.
Latika has more than 30 years of leadership experience in fostering growth in Asia Pacific region through Alliances and Channels. Latika has spearheaded transformative initiatives at IBM, Salesforce, Qualtrics, SAP and Microsoft. With proven strategy, sales and operations leadership expertise, Latika has a track record of exceeding revenue targets and optimizing partner ecosystems. Recognized for building high-performing teams and achieving remarkable business results, revenue growth, and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency. In her early years, Latika developed consulting experience, specializing in change management, business analysis, insights, and program management. She is passionate about Women in Technology and is a coach and mentor for women leaders.
Latika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) from National Institute of technology, Warangal, India and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Surrey, UK.
