Maida Bruce is currently the Chief Finance and Risk Officer of PhilTower MIDC. PhilTower MIDC is one of the largest and leading independent digital shared infrastructure providers in the Philippines, specializing in the construction and management of telecommunications infrastructure such as towers, poles, rooftops, in-building systems, and small cells. Prior to joining Philtower MIDC, Maida holds several key positions in the MVP Group of Companies the latest of which was as Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer of Metro Pacific Water Investments Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation. MPIC is the largest listed infrastructure company in the Philippines. She was also their VP Group Controller for 11 years. Prior to joining MPIC, Maida holds a Chief Financial Officer role with the top real estate company in the Philippines. She was responsible for overseeing the financials of Ayala Land’s Strategic Landbank Management Group including its other subsidiaries. She also has more than thirteen years of extensive experience in the banking industry under Citigroup Australia and Manila. She was Vice President for Special Purpose Vehicles under the Financial Control Department of Citigroup Australia and handled several roles and responsibilities from 1995 to 2004 in Citibank Manila. She was part of a pioneer team that implemented, supported and continuously upgraded a proprietary global financial reporting system to multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
