Roy Kosasih is the president and director of IBM Indonesia subject to completion of the statutory processes. This executive appointment is part of IBM’s commitment to invest in talent, resources and capacity to support Indonesia’s digital economy roadmap.
Kosasih brings over 25 years of experience in international business, strategic partnership and P&L management, with successful track records at Honeywell, GE, ABB, Grundfos, Rahm and Haas, and UCB. He joins from Honeywell, where he was the president director bringing technologies and solutions to support the development of smarter and more sustainable
buildings and city in Indonesia and the Philippines.
Kosasih has played key role in driving IBM’s strategic investment and collaboration across government, businesses, partner ecosystem, academic and developers to help Indonesia realize the value of digital economy, underpinned by hybrid cloud and AI. He will lead the IBM Indonesia leadership team as the company puts strong focus on converging its technologies, research and innovation and industry expertise to support the acceleration of nation’s digital transformation and
tech-driven growth.
