Steve Medeiros is the VEGA Group CEO and a member of VEGA’s Board of Directors, bringing over 30 years of executive experience across Asia Pacific and North America. He has a proven track record of building world-class teams and driving scalable growth. Before joining VEGA in 2023, Steve held several executive positions at hardware, software, and services companies, including Oracle, SAP, and NTT. His expertise in the software-as-a-service sector has been instrumental in VEGA’s transition to an OPEX business model, enhancing profitability and transparency. In addition to his role at VEGA, Steve is the Chairman of the Valley Fort Rugby and Football Club, Hong Kong’s most successful youth rugby club.
