Ms. Lim Boon Boon was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of KIP REIT on 13 June 2024. She is currently a Chartered Accountant with the MIA and holds a fellowship with the Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).

Ms. Lim began her career with Ernst and Young, Shanghai as an Audit Manager for approximately four (4) years before she joined Kencana Petroleum Berhad as Finance Manager from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, she became the AVP Performance Reporting, Tax and Capital Management of AXA Affin General Insurance Malaysia Berhad and then joined as the Head of Finance MY and Head of Finance Ops, Asia of QBE Insurance Malaysia Berhad in 2018. Before she joined KIP REIT, she assumed the role of Group Financial Controller in Fuse Group which is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting across operations in multiple Southeast Asian countries.
