Cindy is currently the Chief Marketing Officer and Global Lead for Engagement & Eminence at the IBM Institute for Business Value. She has co-authored research reports, published numerous articles and delivered presentations on diversity, thought leadership, the project economy, and technology to global audiences. She is currently co-authoring a book on the value of thought leadership, expected to be published in 2024. Cindy lives part of the year In Wenzhou, China, where her husband is executive vice chancellor of Wenzhou-Kean University.
