Cynthia Quah is the Vice President, Head of Cloud, SEA atSAP. She is responsible for business strategy, operations,P&L, and sustainable cloud growth for SAP across SEA. She leads high-performing teams and orchestrates the efforts of 3,800 colleagues in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and other emerging markets to help ASEAN run better and improve people’s lives. Prior to that she was the Vice-President of SAP SuccessFactors, the leading provider of cloud-based human experience management (HXM) solutions to more than 100M users worldwide. She is responsible for driving all activities
spanning sales, customer engagement, and collaboration with SAP Partners towards business outcomes. Cynthia has more than 18 years of experience in the ERP business and passionate with Human Experience Management, working extensively across South East Asia with customers to develop, implement, and define strategies to make significant improvements in employee experience and productivity through the adoption of technologies.

Cynthia has a wealth of experience in managing large scale and multi- complex business transformations and IT programs for SAP customers in public sector, conglomerates and corporations from multiple industries, including Singapore Health, Singtel, Changi Airport Group, San Miguel, Sime Darby, DKSH, Betagro, Singapore Airlines and Central Group. She is leading the SAP customer success office to support customers to deliver digital transformations that drive business impact.

Cynthia holds a degree in Sales & Marketing from Charles Stuart University, Australia and she is based in Singapore. She is passionate about helping customers and businesses achieve their aspirations by leveraging technology.
