Francis Yeow is currently Head of Information Security and Country Information Security Officer at Parkway Hospitals Singapore. He has more than 17 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity for technology related areas. Francis advises several non-profit organisations and recently found a new interest in mentoring young security professionals about their career development and planning.

In his career, Francis oversees and advises on areas such as technology risk and security reviews, cybercrime investigation, risk and control assurance reviews, technology regulation compliance and assurance, technology governance and policy making as well as regulatory reporting and risk strategising. He works closely with regulators, auditors, compliance officers and senior management in his line of work.

Outside of his work, Francis is a keen advocate for mediation and has been a volunteer mediator at the Community Mediation Centre under the Ministry of Law for more than 7 years.
Francis holds a Bachelor of Computing from the National University of Singapore.
