Jayanth Jagadeesan (Jay) is currently the Business Transformation Leader for IBM Consulting in ASEAN. He is responsible for creating compelling transformation value propositions and offering strategies and finally delivering contract performance targets across transformation projects in the region.

Jay’s expertise is in understanding clients’ transformation agenda and in translating them into solutions that can be jointly implemented to drive business benefits. Over his 30 years at IBM, Jay has held numerous executive positions and is known by clients across several industries for rallying large international teams to create and deliver solutions that achieve enhanced productivity, reduced costs, increased revenue and improved customer satisfaction. He delivers on client aspirations through advisory, product implementation and managed services infusing exponential technologies such as analytics, AI, Blockchain and automation.

Jay has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Salem International University, WV and a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.
