Yun-Han is a Director with Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia’s Human Capital practice focusing on organisation transformation, enabling change and adoption, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning.

He is the Organisation Transformation Leader for Malaysia and Vietnam, and the Change Management Offering Leader for Southeast Asia, based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

He has 18 years of experience in human capital consulting, helping businesses and governments in Southeast Asia achieve better human outcomes. He is a regular speaker with clients and the media on Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends and the Future of Work.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Yun-Han has held several practice leadership roles in Big Four and multinational management consulting firms.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce – majoring in Accounting and Finance – from The University of Melbourne, Australia.

He is also a member of the University of Melbourne’s Alumni Council as well as a member of the Faculty of Business and Economics Enterprise Specialists Network, lending his experience in international student and alumni engagement, as well as human capital advisory to advise on international alumni advancement initiatives and curriculum advancements.
