Lionel Rayon is Vice President of Technology Partnerships at Console Connect. In his role, Lionel is responsible for developing strong and strategic relationships with key cloud, IaaS and SaaS partners that are interconnected to the Console Connect Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform. Lionel oversees a team that are driving new growth opportunities for Console Connect with technology partners worldwide and ensuring enterprise customers have greater interconnectivity choice.

Lionel brings 25 years of network technology experience to his role, and has in-depth knowledge of key industries, including banking, insurance, energy, telecoms, life sciences, and the public sector. Prior to this role, Lionel held global management and business development positions at PCCW Global, KPN International and NTT Communications. Lionel holds an executive master of Marketing and Business Development from HEC PARIS and is certified by INSEAD in Building Digital Partnerships and Ecosystems
