Maida Bruce is the Vice President – Group Controller and IT Head of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (PSE: MPIC), the largest listed infrastructure company in the Philippines. Concurrently she is also the Chief Finance Officer of Metro Pacific Water Investments Corp. (MPW) and holds a Director position at Light Rail Manila Corp (LRMC) who is handling the concession of LRT1, Cebu Energy Development Corp (CEDC) and Panay Electric Development Corp (PEDC). She also holds other directorships and treasurer positions on other subsidiaries of MPIC including MPIC Foundation and Ideaspace Foundation. She is currently the Group Data Privacy Officer for MPIC. Prior to joining MPIC, she was the CFO of the Strategic Landbank Management group of Ayala Land, one of the largest real estate developers in the Philippines. She also has more than 13 years of banking experience under Citigroup Australia and Philippines. Her last post was as Vice President handling legal entity reporting and special purpose vehicle under the Controllership division of Citigroup Sydney. She started her career as a junior auditor in Ernst and Young Philippines. She graduated from St. Paul College Manila with a degree in Accountancy.
