Izzad joined QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd as Group Chief Financial Officer in March 2021. He was previously a Partner of Deloitte Asia Pacific where he was the Business Advisory Leader for Malaysia and a member of the Country Senior Leadership Team. He was also the Sectoral Leader for Government Link Companies, Government and Public Service and Telecommunication and Multimedia. During his time in Deloitte, Izzad lead a team on advising corporates on technical advisory, finance transformation and improvement, integrated reporting, sustainability assurance and finance care.

Prior to joining Deloitte Asia Pacific, he was the Regional Head of Finance and ICT for CCM Chemicals Sdn Bhd, Group of Companies and served as the member of the Management Committee. Izzad’s experiences spans across his times with BDO Malaysia as the Head of Branch and prior to that, with Ernst & Young’s Business Advisory as a Manager.

Izzad graduated from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd with a Bsc. (Honest) in Accounting. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England in Wales, CPA Australia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also an industry panel advisor for the faculty of accounting, University Teknologi Mara.
