Peter has over 15 years of financial management, internal controls, corporate finance and financial reporting experience. Prior to joining ALiA BioTech, Peter primarily worked in Allianz Asset Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers with multinational exposure.

Peter is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and is appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director (Chairman of Audit Committee) for Victory Securities Company Limited (8540 : HK). Peter graduated from The University of Nottingham (UK) with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting & Management, as well as a master’s degree in Corporate & Financial Law (LLM) from The University of Hong Kong.
