Risa is currently the Finance Director of Shiseido Cosmetics Indonesia, covering Finance & Accounting, ICT, and Project. She is part of the company’s management team and higher level decision makers, leading 13 people in her own division out of a total 157 employees within Shiseido Cosmetics Indonesia.

She started her career as Financial Accountant in PT. Nestle Indonesia in 1996 and then moved to several types of companies; such as Louis Vuitton, Matrix Investama (Venture Capital – owned 13 companies from manufacture, outsourcing, importer, distribution and consultant), Sephora, Mr. DIY, and Shiseido.

Risa loves to broaden her knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting area through accepting challenges and responsibilities offered by a multinational or reputable companies. She is an open minded finance leader who is also willing to explore or grow other areas beyond finance function to ensure the success of the company as a whole.

Her key skills in Finance and Accounting include Management Accounting and Budgeting, Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Taxes. With her strong communication and leadership skills, Risa is also capable in managing a company’s Logistics and Supply Chain Management as well as Human Resources division such as Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Coaching, and General Affairs.
