Robby Ma is the Group IT Director at TIANDA GROUP LIMITED, leading the company’s AI and digital transformation initiatives, including remote AI diagnosis and treatment platform. He previously managed the opening and renovation of over 50 luxury hotels and helped establish industry-standard hotel technology design guidelines.

Robby co-authored “An Introduction to Digital Operations in the Hotel Industry”, a Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China – endorsed teaching manual for tourism colleges.

Robby holds a bachelor’s degree in Business (Japanese), Master’s degree in Business Information Management, and Doctorate’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management.
