Rosh is currently the Head of HR for all the Oracle subsidiaries in Philippines and Guam, overseeing HR operations, stakeholder management and implementing Oracle’s corporate HR strategies in those countries.

She’s been with Oracle for 13 years and the IT industry in HR related and sales and business development roles for more than 25 years. Outside of her day-to-day work, Rosh is passionate about leadership development, coaching and counselling. She has been instrumental in shaping employee development programs for Oracle in the Philippines and Guam to help accelerate employees’ growth and careers within the company.
