Sam Lim spearheads the Prudential’s business through innovation and digitalisation. He leads set the strategy for Prudential Hong Kong’s technology including in areas such as AI, data, programme management, platform enablement. He plays an instrumental role in accelerating the company’s competitive advantages using technology. His leadership is pivotal in steering the company’s digital transformation to enhance service efficiency and agility, as well as creating a seamless experience for customers.

Sam has dedicated over two decades to corporate development and strategy. He joined Prudential in 2005, with the regional Strategy and M&A team before heading Strategy and Projects and subsequently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Prudential Hong Kong. Sam holds a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
