Mr Tan Kian Woo is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
As CFO of NUS, Kian Woo oversees the University’s initiatives to enhance its financial sustainability and transform the finance function.
Kian Woo was previously Vice President, Finance at Sealed Air Corporation and Diversey, where he was regional CFO in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, providing financial leadership to the region and driving business growth and performance.
Prior to this, Kian Woo was with Unilever for nearly 16 years where he held various finance positions, including Regional Treasurer, Asia Pacific. He left Unilever as its Commercial Director, Hong Kong in 2006.
Kian Woo started his professional career with Arthur Young, after graduating from NUS with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) in 1988. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
