Yongnien provides operational and strategic leadership over the areas of Technology and Operations for Cagamas. He has spent 26 years in the technology arena in a wide span of industries including financial, manufacturing, telecommunication and e-government. He has built two technology shared service centers from the ground up in Malaysia that provides services across the globe. Yongnien holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology from John Hopkins University, USA; and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Iowa State University, USA.
