Fung Kai Yuen (Walker), is currently the Finance Director of Greenpeace East Asia, a regional office of an Intenational NGO that covers Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan. Before he is in the current role he was the Orgnaisational Support Director that oversees HR, IT, Legal functions.

He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Art majoring in Philosophy in 2002, and a MSSc in General Education in 2011. Currently pursuing the LLM in Human right in the Uniersity of Hong Kong.

He worked for the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions as the union secretary for about 5 years on union organising and policy advocacy after being a Teaching Assistant of the Office of General Education for a year in 2003. He than took various roles in the charity branch of the union CTU Education Foundation Limited, from a Center manager that applied funding and manage funded projects, create an operate Social Entreprise, managing vocational training course to a Course Development and Qualtity Assurance Manager that apply for course accreditation under ERB and CEF under the Qualification Framework.
