Yan has over twenty years of experience in finance, management consulting, and business transformation. He began his career as a Strategy & Transformation Consultant at Capgemini, based in Europe.
He worked with clients on complex issues at the crossroads of Strategy and Finance. Yan then joined SAP in 2010 at the headquarters in Germany, working in Strategic Financial Planning. He then held various roles in finance in the US, Korea, and Singapore across the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and commercial finance, and CFO at global, regional, and country levels.

Currently, he serves as the Chief Controlling Officer for Global Customer Success, overseeing financial planning and analysis for all sales-related matters globally. Based in Singapore, he leverages his geographic and cultural experience to provide actionable insights from his experiences across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
