Powering Business Agility and Resilience through Real-time Enterprise with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

About this event

A Gartner survey of CEOs noted that 67% want more technology work to be done directly within the business functions, and less in IT. In addition, 73% of non-IT managers want more technologists on their teams immediately or in the near future.

Just as economies in Asia are about ready to welcome a return to normal, it appears that geopolitical issues coupled with inflation-driven uncertainties will provide continuing headwinds to business and technology leaders in 2023.

Gartner distinguished VP analyst and fellow, Yefim Natis says these headwinds coupled with a focus on the ROI of transformation and modernisation efforts will require CIOs and application technical professionals to apply new architectures, new technologies and more automation.

But for application architects, the work is going to be harder. They must not only deliver business-driven changes quickly, safely and efficiently but also cope with increased business enthusiasm about new technologies and opportunities.

In the roundtable, Powering Business Agility and Resilience through Real-time Enterprise with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), we will uncover issues critical to achieving the true value of digital transformation – the ability to response to change in real time. Topics include:

  • The importance of event-driven strategy and innovation.
  • The challenges of distributed environments.
  • Overcome the legacy architecture that was not designed for events.
  • When and how to get started with an event-driven approach
  • Best practices in EDA to adopt, manage and scale

Join us on 29 June 2023 to discuss and reveal proven practices in transforming your organisation into engines of growth, able to respond and in some cases even anticipate market changes as they evolve using EDA.
