ABOUT THIS EVENT
The 2025 Finance Think Tank established the shift from cloud adoption to intelligent, predictive finance. By 2027, Singapore CFOs face a sharper mandate: scale agentic AI (governed, context-aware agents that act inside finance workflows), rebuild talent and culture around digital capability, deliver efficient growth under volatility, and satisfy tightening local requirements.
In this scenario, the requirement is a single platform that unifies financial management, adaptive planning, procurement, and workforce data, with AI agents that operate within existing security, audit trails, permission models, and business rules (revenue recognition, multi-entity close, cost allocation, approval hierarchies): no bolted-on LLM, no new risk surface.
FutureCFO, in partnership with workday, is organising Agentic Finance: The new workday for the Singapore CFO as part of its annual Finance Think 2026 to directly address the three barriers CFOs, the finance teams they lead, and the organisation they support face—fragmented data, manual work that crowds out strategy, and lack of trust in controls.
