Angus Chan serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Sunlink Hong Kong, where he oversees the Group’s strategy, operations, finance, treasury, and investment activities across real estate as well as public and private markets.
With over 20 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, and capital markets, Angus has held senior finance and corporate finance positions with several Hong Kong-listed companies. Prior to joining Sunlink, he began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong.
Throughout his career, Angus has led a broad range of capital markets and corporate transactions, including bond and equity issuances, syndicated financings, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, and treasury management.
Angus holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both Hong Kong and Australia.
