Aurakanda Attavipach is the Chief People Officer of Minor International, where she leads people and digital transformation across world-class organisations. Recognised as one of the 100 most influential HR Leaders in Southeast Asia from 2023–2025, she received the 2025 ‘Leader of Leader’ award for excellence in leadership development. Aurakanda has extensive experience across Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lotus’s and holding dual leadership roles at adidas Group. At MINOR, she established the Global People & Culture Centre of Excellence to strengthen people practices and synergise business groups. Under her leadership, MINOR has achieved global recognition, including TIME’s World’s Best Companies and SEEK APAC Employer of the Year 2025/26.
