Her career spans marketing, sales and F&B leadership, including OldTown White Coffee’s listing, international expansion and digitalisation. She also spearheaded Sushi King’s entry into Indonesia and introduced Japan’s Hoshino Coffee to Malaysia. Since joining Nando’s in 2024, Dawn has focused on operational excellence and bringing the brand’s distinctive spirit to life, supporting its ambition to become the world’s most loved restaurant brand.
