Eric Wong is Director of Cyber Operations & Technologies at Synapxe, Singapore’s national HealthTech agency, where he leads operational cyber defence and drives cyber strategy and security architecture for the public healthcare sector. He has built and matured cyber defence capabilities across one of the largest and most complex healthcare environments in Singapore, spanning security operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and enterprise security engineering. Eric also contributes to national cybersecurity efforts, including the revision of the Multi-Tier Cloud Security (MTCS) standard. He holds the GIAC Security Expert (GSE) certification alongside CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, CCSP and CISM, and serves as President of the ISC2 Singapore Chapter.
