Jessica Low is a Certified Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2000. She joined SAP Malaysia in April 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, where overseas company’s financial performance, provides commercial and governance support and drives finance and administrative transformation initiatives.
In October 2023, Jessica was appointed to the Board of Parkwood Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She also serves on the Board of Cuckoo International (MAL) Berhad, where she is the Chairman of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.
With more than 20 years of experience across the Asia Pacific region, Jessica brings deep expertise in finance operations, controlling, and business transformation within the IT industry. She is widely regarded as a trusted business partner, with a strong track record of improving business performance and aligning financial strategy with organizational objectives.
Prior to SAP, Jessica held senior leadership roles at IBM Malaysia, where she led major finance transformation initiatives, including the establishment of a Shared Services Centre (SSC) and the IBM Global Delivery Hub. She also served as Finance Director at Tech Data Malaysia, managing a P&L with annual revenues of USD 75 million. During her tenure, she strengthened cash flow by 50% through disciplined working-capital management, optimized payment terms, and the implementation of a robust credit policy.
Jessica is passionate about building organizational capability and fostering cultural change. In addition to her CFO responsibilities, she serves as Sustainability Champion at SAP Malaysia, advocating for responsible business practices that deliver positive outcomes for people and the planet, while ensuring long-term profitability and sustainability.
Outside of her professional commitments, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two children and is an avid jogger and hiker.
