Ng Ling Ling is a professional with more than 30 years of experience in Finance/Planning, Pricing, Business Controls, and Operations. She has lived and worked in some of fast growing economies in ASEAN market such as Vietnam and Indonesia, having responsibility for strategic and operational financial management for the country.
Since joining IBM , Ling Ling has built a reputation as dynamic leader who is passionate about transforming the role of financial professionals within IBM to ensure the teams continually focus on delivering higher value through process improvement as well as embracing new technology and tools to support the work.
Prior to current role, Ling Ling was APAC Finance Controller for Infrastructure business unit and was responsible to lead team’s transformation to Agile operating model and leverage on technology to drive efficiency (SPSS/automation, robotics) and upskilling team to provide insights and interpretation/analysis of results to business.
