Hafizah Shariff is the Chief Financial Officer of Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), where her responsibilities extend beyond finance into enterprise transformation, operating model design and data governance. Over the course of her career across audit, private equity and banking, she has developed a keen interest in how organisations evolve as technology, customer expectations and business models change. At BSN, she is currently leading initiatives to modernise the Bank’s financial spine, strengthen data governance and redesign operating models to support long-term sustainability and growth.
