Precious Lim is the Country Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she leads the company’s growth and strategic initiatives in the Philippines, spearheading digital transformation through Cloud and AI adoption across industries.
She oversees customer engagements, partnerships, and operations to help organizations of all sizes leverage AWS’s technology for innovation, and business resilience.
Previously, as head of AWS Philippines’ Enterprise Business, she worked with the country’s largest organizations to accelerate their cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.
With a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, specialization in Information Technology, from De La Salle University, and over 20 years of experience across software, cloud technology, and telecommunications, Precious has held strategic leadership positions at Microsoft Philippines and Globe Telecom. At Microsoft, she led breakthrough initiatives across consumer, SMB, and enterprise segments, while at Globe Telecom, she drove innovative industry solutions for the Enterprise Group.
