Ratih Mayasari is the Director of Human Capital at PT Timah (Persero) Tbk, overseeing Human Capital, Procurement, Legal, and General Affairs. She has extensive experience in organizational transformation, finance, governance, and digital transformation across state-owned and regional-owned enterprises, including PT Timah, Perumda Pasar Jaya, MRT Jakarta, and Kalbe Group. Ratih holds postgraduate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting with cum laude honors and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Accountant (CA), and Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP).
