Rodney Regalado is the Infrastructure Technology Leader for IBM Singapore. He is responsible for IBM’s Hybrid Cloud and Data & AI platform business across the compute and storage landscape. As General Manager, he leads the Systems team and collaborates with clients and business partners in driving IT modernization and AI adoption with IBM’s infrastructure solution portfolio.
Rodney brings extensive experience and insight in his current capacity, having led the IBM ASEAN Integrated Technology Services, working with clients on their business transformation, providing capabilities across IT Operations, Cyber Security & Resiliency, Networking and Data Center Services. In addition, contributing to the development and growth of the Strategic Outsourcing and Managed Services business across Banking, Telco, Utilities & Distribution in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore. He also held the Business Executive role in ASEAN for Storage, working to address client need and market demand for Data Growth and Data Resiliency.
In IBM Philippines, he held various positions – including Sales in Systems Technology, Client Executive for Banking & Financial Markets, Country Manager for Global Technology Services where he transformed the business toward annuity-based, as-a-service model, enabling clients become more agile and efficient in their IT and business operations.
Rodney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines, and completed Executive Programs throughout his professional years namely Strategic Conversations Course in INSEAD Business School, Singapore and Chinese European International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. Executive Management Program in Boston University School of Management, Strategic Innovation at Executive Business Institute, Palisades, New York.
