Ronan Harnett is Director of Multi-Product, APJ at monday.com, where he leads the team responsible for CRM across Asia-Pacific and Japan. He’s spent almost 15 years in the CRM industry, the first ten at Salesforce, working with some of the region’s most complex, regulated buyers.
Originally from Ireland and shaped by 16 years in Australia, Ronan has just relocated to Singapore to run the region from its centre. His current focus is the gap between AI curiosity and AI commitment – why so many enterprise buyers across APJ are excited about AI but stuck at the pilot stage, and what it actually takes to move them to production.
