Stephen Lo is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Prenetics Global Limited (Nasdaq: PRE), a global consumer health company. He joined Prenetics in 2018 after serving in Citigroup’s Asia Pacific Investment Banking team, where he advised on IPOs, equity and debt financings and cross-border M&A. Earlier, Stephen was an auditor at Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and HKICPA Fellow.
