Ts. Ngoh is a seasoned technology executive with a multidisciplinary background in information technology and psychology. With experience spanning both local and multinational organisations, he has led numerous initiatives in digital transformation, technology strategy, and organisational innovation.
He currently serves at HELP University, where he helps shape the institution’s technology vision and digital transformation journey. His interests include the strategic application of emerging technologies, organisational change, and the future of digital education.
Ts. Ngoh also serves as the Chair of the PIKOM CIO Chapter, where he works alongside Malaysia’s leading CIOs and technology executives to promote collaboration, thought leadership, and the advancement of the country’s digital economy.
