Angus is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of CN Logistics International Holdings Limited (CN Logistics), a leading international one-stop logistics solutions provider, primarily focusing on luxury products. CN Logistics provides tailor-made, all-rounded and door-to-door service to its customer, including air and ocean freight forwarding, distribution and logistics services, cruise logistics services, and eCommerce solution.

With over 16 years of experience in finance, Angus oversees CN Logistics’s financial strategies. He also provides strategic guidance to improve the company’s overall operating efficiency and enhance its business development. Angus is a leadership expert in financial management, treasury, tax, capital market, M&A and investor relations.

Prior to joining CN Logistics, Angus held senior roles in various listed companies and multinational corporations, and led successful financial transformation and IPO projects. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of ACCA and holds a practicing CPA license issued by HKICPA.
