Annacel A. Natividad is the Chief Finance Officer of Pilmico Foods Corporation, an Aboitiz Company. She is concurrently the Chief Risk Officer of the Food and AgriBusiness of the Aboitiz Group, with operating companies in Southeast Asia and China.

She has been with the Aboitiz Group for 24 years. Started as Financial Planning Manager and became the Chief Finance Officer of SuperFerry – Passenger Shipping business of the Aboitiz Group, then shifted to Risk Management when she joined the holding company last 2011. Ms. Natividad was the Chief Risk Officer of Aboitiz Equity Ventures (AEV) from 2016 to 2019 and handling the following corporate units and responsible in the implementation of programs and initiatives across the Aboitiz Group: Risk Management, Insurance Management, Information Security, Enterprise Compliance and Physical Assets Security.

Ms. Natividad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from the University of Santo Tomas. She earned her Masters in Business Administration degree from De La Salle University. Ms. Natividad has completed the Management Acceleration Program from INSEAD – France. She is also a Certified Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Professional by Open Compliance & Ethics Group (OCEG – USA). In 2019, she is certified and accredited as GRC Professional by the GRC Institute of Australia. In 2021, she completed the course Applied Business Analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
