Ash Shah is the Head of IT, Asia at RGA Reinsurance Group across 8 countries based in Hong Kong. He manages execution of innovative B2B technology solution to meet client needs.

Previously, he was Head of Global Program Director at AXA responsible for several large-scale transformation programs within his scope was the Move to the Cloud program, Identity Management, Network and Asset Management programs. Ash was also the Regional CIO and Chief of Staff for AXA Asia.

Ash has also held a number of senior roles for Whitbread Group, Financial Conduct Authority (UK financial service regulator), Zurich Financial Services, Accenture and Adecco on a global basis.

He holds a degree from the London School of Economics, as well as attended leadership courses at Harvard, Oxford and INSEAD in France.
