Atty. Lani Billena is currently the Vice President, Head of Shared Services Head of SM Retail, the Philippine’s leading retailer with a nationwide portfolio of department stores, supermarkets and specialty stores. She is a CPA, CFE and a Lawyer. Prior to her current position, she held senior executive positions in multinational companies including VP- Chief Risk and Controls Officer, VP-Finance and Shared Services Head at Siemens; Regional Compliance Director for Global Finance Shared Services at Johnson & Johnson and CFO of International Baccalaureate and EDMI Limited. In these roles, she was based in Singapore, Canada, US and Thailand.
