Ayelet Rotblat is the Chief Financial Officer for SAP South East Asia (SEA). Being part of the South East Asia leadership team, Ayelet works in close
partnership to ensure operational success and business health in this high potential growth market for SAP. This includes taking the right strategic
decisions to secure SAP Southeast Asia’s long-term financial plan in an alignment with the overall corporate strategy.

Prior to this position, Ayelet served SAP’s Group Chief Financial Officer as an Executive Business Assistant, collaborating with the Executive
Leadership Teams and various areas across the company. With her customer first mindset and her prior experience, she engaged on highly complex commercial structures and speared strategic initiatives in the Finance organization.

In an everchanging world the market pressures businesses to keep relevant and grow, optimize processes with cutting edge technology, and attract great talent. As Head of Strategic Programs in APJ and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the APJ SAP SuccessFactors business, Ayelet has led major transformations with the mandate to double the business and increase employee and customer satisfaction.

Since joining SAP in 2000, Ayelet has held various positions across different areas of SAP including Research & Development, Support, Sales Operations and Finance.

Ayelet’s extensive experience enriches her leadership style and she is recognized as a trusted advisor for complex cultural and functional topics throughout SAP and the APJ region.

Ayelet advocates diversity, especially around gender and next generation talents. As such, she has worked with educational institutions on sponsoring internship programs and experience-sharing sessions.

Originally from Europe, Ayelet lived in Singapore since 2004.
