Brian is Laiye’s VP of Customer Solutions and Operations and responsible for managing Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Support. Brian joined Laiye from Intelligent Automation software company WorkFusion, where he held several leadership roles including VP of Strategic Business and Global Head of Presales. He began his career as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. Brian has extensive international experience, having lived, and worked in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the US.
